JUNIOR CAMP AT CAMP EAGLE | JUNE 16-20, 2025
We are NOT going to be doing paper registrations this year. Please use Camp Eagle's website to complete your registration for overnight Junior Camp.
Our week is June 16th - 20th. This is a different week than we had originally planned because the other week has already filled up! So we need to get all registrations submitted ASAP.
When you are doing your online registration, you will not have to pay the registration fee as we are going to cover that fee for all our Barnhardt kids who attend this year!
HOW TO REGISTER:
Begin ONLINE registration here.
If you have used their online registration site before, sign into your account to get started. If you have never registered through their website, begin by creating a new user account.
Follow the steps given to set up your account and begin a new registration for 2025.
Make sure to choose overnight "Junior Camp 2 (6/16-6/20)" to add to your cart. Once added, you will be given the option to add money to your child's canteen (store credit) account. This is a great time to do this ahead of time so you don't have to worry about it later. Choose the amount you prefer and add it to your cart. If your child would like to add horsemanship or laser tag to their camp week, add that to your cart during this time as well.
Make sure all forms are completed and choose a t-shirt size for your child.
When you get to the payment page, please choose the LAST option of "I will pay by Cash or Personal Check at the Camp Eagle Office (6520 Williamson Road, Roanoke, VA) before the camp event." This is option is necessary since the church is paying towards the cost of camp. Review and submit! You will receive and email confirmation once submitted.
You will be able to use this same website to make your payment as we get closer to camp time. To do this, you log in, look under "View My Registrations" for 2025 then click on "View Details". It will show a box that says "Financial" and this is where you will find your balance owed. Under that there is a button that says "Make a Payment".
